My mum has been cooking for us on weekdays and on weekends we will pack food from nearby.
So today, for lunch, an egg tofu was prepared with porridge.
Lunch:
My mum prepared it by cutting up some onions, carrots and mashing up the tofu. She then adding soya sauce, hua diao jiu, fish sauce and then steam and added some eggs on top.
The flavour was good but the tofu had a lot of water being released. It was a simple meal.
Dinner:
For dinner, my mum prepared yong tau fu with dry noodles. She bought pre-packaged chilli and just mixed it with the noodles she bought from the market. It is nice having meals at home and even after the circuit breaker, we are still not allowed to dine outside so not much blog post coming up i guess.
